I believe everything happens for a reason. I wanted to help a dear friend who was suffering an unspeakable tragedy, the loss of a child. She was told the granite headstone she wanted would take two years to get and would cost more than she could afford.

I’ve always been a lover of rocks and mystified by their limitless, transformative power. After finding Boulder Designs, my husband Brad decided to take a hiatus from his accounting career to help me realize my passion for helping others through rockwork.

We took a HUGE leap of faith deciding to venture into an opportunity that would truly make a difference to our family, our friends, and to our community.

Now we spend our days beautifying and personalizing someone’s piece of paradise; be it a home, a neighborhood park, or a schoolyard. We feel honored and grateful each time we help bring some peace to a grieving family with a unique memorial. We get to help our fellow small businesses thrive with affordable, durable signage.

For the first time in our lives, we can say that each day is another opportunity to help someone and benefit from feeling fulfilled and purposeful. The people we meet and the relationships we’ve gained have enriched our lives beyond measure; and it all started….. with a ROCK.
